The check-in was seamless, with flexible timing, and even though we arrived close to 10 pm, the owner personally greeted us, gave a quick tour, and handed over the keys. Since he lives on the ground floor, he was readily available if we needed anything during our stay. The location is ideal—situated in a quiet, safe village just 17 minutes by bus from Neckargemünd, where there's a direct train to Heidelberg. The bus stop is a quick 5-minute walk...

"We stay this accommodation with 4 Families with small children (3 to 10 years old). The owner is very kind. We arrived 30 min. Before check-in time, but he allowed us early check-in. Big play ground near the Haus that he recommend us was very good, The terrace where we enjoyed BBQ dinner is wide enough. Our children liked small adventure to the fire pit in the forest behind of the haus. You can also enjoy the view of Breuburg castle. Though we stay there for 12 person, as there are toilets...

"We stayed for four days and it was wonderful. The Cottage was perfect for 2 couples, on site contacts were very friendly and helpful. This was a perfect place to stay for day trips to Heidelberg, Bad-Wimpfen, and Baden-Baden. We enjoyed the seasonal white asparagus and local restaurants. We highly recommended this property!"

"Ferienhaus ist sehr komplett ausgestattet. Check in war mit Hilfe der Nachbarin problemlos. Ferienwohnung tadellos sauber, sodass man sich sofort wohl fühlen konnte. Objekt liegt auf einer Campingplatz ähnlichen Anlage (die anderen 49 Häuser scheinen von Einheimischen dauerbewohnt zu sein). Hätte man das zuvor gewusst, wäre die Anfahrt leichter gewesen. "Wir waren leider nur ein langes Wochenende im Haus. Wir hätten es locker noch ne Woche ausgehalten. Es ist wunderschön geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr zu empfehlen."

"Es war alles vorhanden. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Herrliche Lage der gesamte Spessart. Im Gegensatz zum Vermieter gab es aber auch unfreundliche Menschen. Das haben wir schon anders in halt anderen Gegenden erlebt. Ansonsten gerne wieder."

"The property was lovely, cosy and had absolutely spectacular views from the balcony and terrace across the countryside. There were two good bedrooms comfortably accommodating the four of us and a bathroom with a good powerful shower which is always a bonus in hot weather. You will definitely need a car for this location as the local village has no shop or other real amenities but its very rural location ensures you are surrounded by stunning countryside. "Ein sehr schönes, modernes und vor allem sauberes Ferienhaus. Wir waren über Silvester mit Freunden hier. Leider waren die Schlafräume sehr sehr kalt, da die Heizung nicht richtig lief. Abzug gibt es für die kinderunfreundliche Vermieterin. Wir mussten 400 nachzahlen. Selbst für ein einjähriges Kind wird der volle Preis berechbet. Frech!"
