"This property has no Air Conditioning. Listing says it has heat but there is no mention of AC. There is no kitchen or dishwasher. It does have a small oven to heat food. The small 1/2 bath has a musty smell and the storm door will only open enough to get in the door. The sheets were clean and beds comfortable. The toilets flushed but sometimes took more than ome attempt and had to wait several minutes for the tank to refill. Overall l was disappointed."

"Perfect location, our event was in town and it was a straight shot! Accommodation was very good for 2 guys, 2 bed rooms and bathrooms. We were in town for a American Legion motorcycle event, lots of parking also. We rode in from Cañon City."

"We enjoyed our stay in the Tree Top Condo. The condo was very pretty, clean, and comfortable and looked the way it was pictured. It had everything needed for a great stay. Ross was very quick to answer when I communicated with him. The condo complex is very nice looking as well. We would definitely stay there again."

The beds were very uncomfortable and pillows were low quality. This is one of the most important features of a guest stay. "The unit was clean with a nice floor plan with the loft area. The fixtures and furniture however is somewhat dated. Nothing unacceptable just in need of a bit of a face lift. The unit clearly has been well loved by families. Access and parking is not a problem and the location is perfect for trips into town. Interactions with the host was excellent and seamless through the app."
