"One night only small room but very comfortable"

"Liked the free weekend parking , ease of check in although bit later than anticipated ( nothing to do with guesthouse) room was fine, and we were informed by staff re the likelihood of some noise due to a live band performing in the pub, we were aware of exterior noise but it was not overly loud and didnt prevent sleep. Plenty of stairs to navigate as room 11 is on top floor but otherwise a pleasant overnight stop. Suited our purpose as close to Seven Kings station on the Elizabeth Line just 5...

"Great find at a reasonable price compared to many others in London. Great transport links as less than a 5 minute walk to the Mile End tube station. Lovely staff on arrival who gave a very warm welcome. It isn’t a fully manned 24 hour reception though so be wary if that’s what you need. Pleasantly surprised by the triple room. "The balcony in our room opened up what was otherwise a small but comfortable space. I enjoyed having my cup of tea there in the evenings, enjoying the fragrance of the flowers on the vine. Room 22, top floor. Highly recommend. "

"Nice little hotel, good value for money with a nice cooked breakfast included. The hotel is a pub, which is open to 12 playing very loud music. So if you plan on going to bed before then it’s very loud!!"
