"this is by far the worst hotel (if it may call) experience I ever had in my life. the hotel is in middle of nowhere, they took a lot of time to find me a suitable room while I had reversed online days before, one of the rooms they show me was a store!! the hotel looks like a horror place and no sound proof what so ever, the bathroom is so old and in bad condition. of course there is no any hotel service at all, no concierge, no luggage boys and you have to book earlier if you want...

"كانت جيده والفندق جيد جدا لكن فى اول يوم تم اعطائي ورقة بمواعيد الافطار وكان مكتوب بها السبت والاحد الى الساعه ١١ ووصلت للافطار الساعه ١٠.١٥ وقالو لي انه تم انتهاء وقت الافطار وانه الساعه ١٠ ولم يتم الافطار هناك وفى ثاني يوم اعطيتهم الورقه التي مكتوب عليها انتهاء الافطار الساعه ١١ قالو ان هذه الورقة تم الغائها وهذا ليس خطائي ورغم ذلك الموظفين وكل شيء جيد جدا "
