Blue Velvet Luxury Villa is situated on Gournes Beach Road in Crete island, just in front of the Cretan sea! It offers a private swimming pool (can be heated as well) with a beautiful garden, spectacular sea views and eye-catching mountain views.

The brand-new seafront villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, affront yard with private pool with swim jets, a large fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, a spacious dining area and a comfortable living room. The furniture throughout the villa gives it a warm modern style and cozy environment that everyone is dreaming to relax and stay in. The home features bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower, free Wi-Fi internet connection in all areas, air-conditioning throughout the villa, satellite TV in the lounge area and kitchen electric appliances. The front yard is equipped with a modern dining table with chairs, comfy sun loungers and umbrellas. The villa is equipped with smart home system enabling guests to monitor and control the home lighting.

Please note that the Swimming Pool can be Heated if you wish, at an extra charge of 50.00 € per night. In Crete island you may need heated pool for the months of April, May, October and November, depending on the weather. The heated system will be available in early April (please ask us for the availability).
