"Only thing I wanted to note was a random charger had been left from the previous person staying in our room that must've gotten overlooked when they had cleaned up. "We had the best time at this resort. However, things could be managed better. Two of the three elevators were broken at one point during our stay, there was a cigarette butt on the floor in our room when we arrived, there was no hot water in our shower, and the AC could not keep up with the heat during the day. The balcony furniture is worn down but the rooms are very nice. The Steakhouse is amazing, the views are wonderful, and the pool was a blast. I will definitely be back. Would be a 5 star...
