"Staying at lyf Vienna was lovely. It was like having an own really nice apartment instead of just a hotel room. The apartment was located in a building in the privacy of the hotels courtyard. There was a little noise from the trains passing by a short distance away, but it didn't really bother us in the end. The parking at the hotel was quite costly but there were other parking possibilities by walking distance (15 min). The hotel staff was very helpful and kind throughout our stay."

"The worst accommodation I have ever seen in my life. It is a dirty, old, and dilapidated house, full of bad smells, insects, and a lot of RATS as well. I could not stand to stay there for even a few minutes, so I went to rent another hotel.no help no refund nobody care. "

"The property is stunning but the service and overall staff professionalism is very lacking. When we checked in the front desk attendant did not open the door or help with luggage as he saw us struggling to get through the door and there was no offer to help. He simply asked us to fill out a form and gave us 1 key. No welcome, no explanation of the 600-acre property or what was on site. No hours given for the restaurant or spa so we had to come back and get all of that information. Very odd first impression of the property. Throughout the stay, we had to continue asking for things like robes or for the steam/sauna to be turned on (even though the spa hours are 7am-10pm, apparently those treatment rooms are only turned on from 4pm-10pm which seems odd). Also, no one services the spa all day so at one point there were no more towels (and we again had to go back to the front desk and ask for towels). "

"Stayed Sunday to Wednesday good clean basic accommodation. Staff very helpful especially Robert who would write clear travel instructions for any place we wanted to visit. supermarket next door and about 4 minute walk to U6 transport link. Quiet area but with U6 transport link every 4/5 minutes we found getting around Vienna easy with only a 3day travel pass which runs from time of purchase 24 hours not finish at midnight for our time here. If visited again we would stay here again."
