"I had a wonderful experience with the front desk staff at this hotel. They were extremely accommodating, kind, and helpful during a very stressful time for our family. My elderly mother needed a room while she was at the hospital with a family member who was in the ICU, and the staff went above and beyond to help us get everything arranged. They patiently worked with us to reserve the room and made the process of completing the credit card authorization over the phone simple and easy. Knowing that my mother had a comfortable place to stay nearby gave us one less thing to worry about during an already difficult situation. We truly appreciate the compassion, professionalism, and excellent customer service shown by the front desk staff. It meant more to our family than they probably realize. I would definitely recommend this hotel based on the wonderful way we were treated."

"This property was amazingly clean and well kept. It was a great valve for the money compared to other properties in the area. The boat dock and jetski dock was perfect for our needs. And the outdoor area was a dream. Highly recommend this property!!"

"This place is adorable!! It has a beautiful hammock and backs to natural area by the pool. The only thing was in the area they were doing a burn in the woods. You couldn’t smell the smoke in your room but could in the halls and outside. Like a big campfire. The only thing missing was the smores:). But at 6:30 am the smoke had built up enough that it triggered the fire alarm. Out of he control of Holiday Inn but staff continued to work the guest came down and got coffee and guest ate breakfast under the sound of the alarm. The fire trucks arrived and cleared there was no fire and said they’ve been doing this all night with false alarms throughout the area. Other than the early alarm, it was a perfect place"

"Great location and the host was timely with communication! Location was good for access to fish in the gulf and people watch from the house. Saw a dolphin and manatees pass by the house as well."
