"I had hair in my shower upon arrival and smiled like mold in bathroom. There was no A/C in elevator or by ice machine hallway. "

"The price was good. I have sensitive skin so I was itchy when resting. The mattresses are new so I think that maybe the sheets are washed with cheap laundry detergent. Our tv was out of order in room 113, so we were moved to room 109. The manager was nice when we got to the hotel at 3 am Sat. The pool and trees, shrubs are well maintained. The housekeepers and construction crew were working very hard on the property. I wish the bathtubs were refurbished/redone bec the stains scratch marks are so visible that there is no way you could sit to take a bubble bath to relax. The rooms are clean and dusted."

"Amazing. Exactly as listed. A perfect place for 2. Everything was clean and the AC kept the room very cool. Check in went exactly as stated and there were no issues at any point. There were camping chairs, beach umbrella and sand anchor, beach blanket, and more that really enhanced our beach day. Little things like K cups provided for the coffee machine, filtered water pitcher in the fridge, and some snacks upon arrival were a nice touch. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. It's a GREAT location to experience all that Pensacola has to offer, it's close to everything but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. We would absolutely recommend and stay again."
