"What a wonderful property!!! Tucked away in Beth and Milo's backyard, next to the pool and spa, this is a comfortable, quiet little oasis. If you enjoy meeting property hosts, you will really enjoy staying here. Milo was the host with the most! He gave us amazing recommendations for food close by, prepared the spa for us and sent us on our way with fresh-picked oranges. A very memorable experience indeed!"

"Thoroughly enjoyed my 5-day stay at Sanborn Guest House. Gary and Jaime have thought of everything you need for your stay. They are wonderful hosts and really knowledgeable about the local area. I stayed in the Sanborn Room, which is very comfortable and decorated with eclectic items from Gary and Jaime's travels. It's good having the separate sitting area with a lounge, a couple of chairs, and a coffee table, as well as access to the shared kitchen. The off-street secure parking is a bonus...

"We had a fantastic stay at Casita Gundry! Check in was so easy and we were exhausted after a late flight in from the east coast. Imagine our delight when we woke up the next morning to eggs and incredible pastries waiting for us in the fridge. It was such a blessing to take breakfast off our plate...or put it on rather. LOL Plus the home was just 3 mins from our family we were there to visit - we will absolutely be back!"

"This is the place to be if you’re staying at Venice Beach. I seriously can not imagine better. Block away from the heart of the beach. The unit is perfect for 4 people. We cooked & grilled & there was plenty of space for that. The kitchen had everything you need. The bedding & towels were clean & quite nice. Quick drive to the grocery store. Room to park. Safe. Various restaurants in the region & 20 minutes to airport. Also close to every other LA attraction. Would stay there again!!"

"Front desk representative is very helpful and a great listener. Room is nice and open. no movie access. great walking distance to restaurants and the Veterans Memorial pier. Would book again. note about room 5. Crack under door. Cover with towel to keep adjusted temperature to comfortable level. AC does not turn off from buttons. Use the buttons on the plug to turn off. "The property owner doesn’t miss a single thing! Having everything a beachside rental should have, and all in good condition, makes the day fun. A gorgeous walk street and a perfect parking spot in the back. Two blocks to the beach and boardwalk, two-three blocks to just about everywhere. The rental is charming and 100% recommended."
