Convenient for scenic walking and birding.

Pretty good but not entirely satisfactory, plumbing problem had to be taken care of, bathroom towels and bath mat a bit tired. Owners helpful and friendly.

Adoramos a nossa experiência nesta pousada extremamente acolhedora. A Marijket é uma excelente anfitriã fazendo questão de dar dicas da cidade e de deixar todos os hóspedes confortáveis. A casa é linda e bem decorada e são poucos os privilegiados de se hospedar lá. A área do jardim é uma delícia e é lá onde é servido o café da manhã, delicioso por sinal

Sehr nette Unterkunft für einen Zwischenstopp mit Pool. Etwas außerhalb der Stadt, aber die Gastgeberin organisiert Taxis und gibt Tipps für das Abendessen. Wir haben uns dort sicher und wohl gefühlt.

lovely

A lovely, clean and tidy room with its own private terrace. The owners were very friendly with great tips on where to visit etc. A great location for a coastal walk. We walked into town which was full of bars and restaurants. Breakfast was served outside and was plentiful and delicious. All in all a really lovely stay.

Disappointing facilities

The door of our room could not lock from the inside. I could not sleep with our room unlocked during the night. The bed was also very uncomfortable. There was no parking space for our car and we had to park on neighbours' pavement, although free parking is stated as part of the facilities. We stayed at this guest house before and had a much better room. We did not get value for the money paid.

Good location 10-15mins into town centre walk , only 2 mins from cliff path. Lovely property with wonderful people as hosts. we have stayed here couple of times now and its been great both times. highly recommended

Magnifique extérieur

Magnifique Guest House avec bon accueil. Belle piscine et extérieur pour le petit déjeuner. Petit bémol, proche de la route principale et pas mal de bruit des voitures. Nous avons fait une nuit et recommandons ce guest house très charmant.

Wij hebben het erg naar onze zin gehad in Walker bay Manor. De ligging is perfect nabij de spotplek van de walvissen. Het ziet er goed uit met een mooie tuin en zwembad. Marijke en Han zijn erg gastvrij. Het restaurant van Han ‘Walker bay grill’ is vlakbij en aan te raden. We hebben daar heerlijk gegeten.

Nur für die Durchreise

Das B&B liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße was man in den Zimmern auch deutlich hört. Ideal für eine Nacht, länger empfiehlt es sich nicht. Es ist ziemlich abgewöhnt, die Fenster seit langem defekt, lassen sich nicht schließen. Vieles könnte hier mal renoviert werden - gefühlt wird hier jedoch nur abkassiert. Check In ist schwierig da kaum jemand da ist. Wir haben uns hier nicht wirklich wohl und aufgehoben gefühlt - auch weil das Zimmer direkt am Wohn/Speisezimmer lag, alles hellhörig war und man sich daher vorkam wie am Bahnhof. Frühstück war gut, das Personal hat sich sehr bemüht.

Hübsches kleines Zimmer mit grossem Bad/Dusche. Sehr freundlicher Empfang der Inhaberin, die auch deutsch spricht. Wir haben von ihr gute tipps zum Wale beobachten und zum Essen gehen erhalten. Auch dss Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Leider waren wir nur für eine Nacht hier. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Beautiful location, close to everything really. Lovely hosts, who helped us out when our whale charter was cancelled by getting us on another boat. The rooms are kept absolutely clean, and honestly it's so great to get perfectly cooked eggs and bacon in the morning. I had a really good time, and will definitely be back.

Außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft

Wir sind selten so warm & herzlich empfangen worden wie im Wilderness Manor und haben uns rund um die Uhr super versorgt und zuhause gefühlt. Das Hotel ist super gepflegt und sehr elegant eingerichtet - die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig wie eine Suite & haben einen tollen Ausblick. J.D. & Gerald haben sich größte Mühe gegeben uns mit allen Infos der Umgebung zu versorgen - großartige Gastgeber, die dieses Hotel mit Liebe & Leidenschaft führen - super Frühstück - wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder & bleiben das nächste Mal länger - Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit in dem kleinen süßen Örtchen - Louisa & Dominik

Personlig service, väldigt trevlig personal. Mysig inredning, skönt TV-rum, gott om skåp och förvaringsutrymmen. Lite långt till centrum om man ska gå varje dag. Perfekt läge vid promenadvägen till Grotto Beach som kan rekommenderas.

B&b ben gestito, a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro

Sono andata in questo b & b a gennaio e questa città balneare merita di essere vista soprattutto durante la stagione delle balene( da giugno a novembre) . La gestione della struttura è ottima e i due titolari molto premurosi! Spero di poterci tornare per vedere le balene!
