"Older home in what seemed like an iffy neighborhood (I have never been to Utica prior to this trip so do not know the areas at all just going by how it appeared to me). I took a chance on this new listing because it checked a lot of boxes. Two bedrooms, kitchen, competitively priced, not far from where we had to go for a sports tournament. "The apartment was spacious with a large living room. Only complaint was that the baseboard heaters were not working making the apartment fairly cold with mid-40's degree temps outside."

"This gorgeously restored home has many thoughtful amenities. It is on such a peaceful piece of land with a great porch for relaxing and playing games. The beds are super comfortable, even the fold out couch! Communication was great and we never had to search for anything, everything was laid out perfectly. I definitely recommend!"
