"We had a great time at the red roof inn very clean and updated. The coffee options were top notch. Breakfast was good a clean but I wish there was a bit more options. Would 100% stay again"

"Perfect location for those who are biking the Erie Canal Trail. It is literally steps off of the trail and very close to food. The room is large enough, clean, and the beds are comfortable. The TV works great. No people hanging around the lobby as is sometimes the case in budget hotels."

"Don't let the outside fool you, the inside has been updated. Check in was quick and easy. There is no elevator, so be sure to ask for first floor if you're unable to take the stairs. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of parking and conveniently located."

"Staff were very helpful and professional. Location was great for trip from Niagara Falls to Boston. Room was really great with very comfortable bed. Unfortunately the pool was closed when we arrived - we were offered use of the neighbouring hotel pool, but it meant going outside. Breakfast was ok. Would definitely stay again if travelling that way."

"Very nice comfortable room and very reasonable price, we booked twin beds and were pleasantly surprised to find out that each bed was in a different room so we had lots of space! The motel is old-fashioned with a large breakfast room, 3 cozy living rooms and chairs outdoors . They don't serve breakfast but tea, coffee and water are available 24/7 and there are 2 nearby diners , both are good plus a really nice pizza restaurant , all within walking distance. The owner, Sabina, is so very nice and helpful , we didn't see her this time because she was at their other hotel , The Lake House,but we talked with her and we saw her when we stayed at Lake House in 2024. The only issue we had was that there wasn't much security, the front door is unlocked, luckily the rooms can be locked , and although Richfield Springs is probably safe, it was unsettling ."
