"The house was just right for our group. It was very clean and modern, including appliances and furnishings. The beds were very comfortable. Easy walk to the restaurants and stores. Instructions and communication on accessing the rental was clear and easy. Only a couple of things: master bedroom door wouldn’t close and wine glasses would have been nice. It was very well equipped. We had a nice stay!"

Just Bring Your Boats, Don't Drag Your Trailers

"We've always double towed three trailers and boats to this area for over twenty years. Leave the camp trailers home. STAY HERE! Private, quiet, beautifully decorated with unique and amazing touches. We often sat out on the deck relaxing after great days of fishing the lakes. William and his wife have done an amazing job of putting this together. Hats off to them for creating and sharing this place. Saved us a thousand miles of double towing, we'll be back!"

Riverfront cabin with large yard, great deck, & fireplace

"We liked the river, deck, beds, fabulous downstairs bedroom, price, location to activities. The table is great for the amount of people and for playing family games. What we didn't like toilet paper, pillows up stairs, no extra blankets, sheets or towels. We have already recommended to other family members and plan to stay again. It is a great relaxing place to stay. "

"The property is on a quiet street with easy walking access to the lake. The trees on the west side of the property helped keep the cabin cool in the afternoon. We appreciated the array of kitchen pots and pans, and the living room was spacious. We had originally planned to eat out a couple of times, but cooking and eating in the cabin just seemed so pleasant so we didn't stray for meals. "

Property review

"We were very impressed with the property and found it clean and well equipped. We were not successful, however, in getting access to the house using the code provided. We did try the back door and found that it was open. I was not happy with my contacts with Vacasa. After I waited for an opportunity to speak with a representative (1/2 hour) I suddenly was disconnected and had to call back and had to wait again for another 15 minutes. When I asked what the problem was he told me that Monday was a holiday and that they were short staffed. I still can't figure out what holiday they were celebrating that they would be short staffed. This was my first experience with Verbo or Vacasa.."
