Our spacious and comfortable apartment is located on the ground floor of a high quality renovated villa in picturesque Usedom resort architecture. It consists of two rooms with light-flooded loggia, kitchen with window, bathroom with tub and separate guest toilet and a terrace. The tasteful decor leaves nothing to be desired and offers sleeping arrangements for up to four people. The kitchen is complete with built-in stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and of course dishes, glasses and cutlery. Towels and a first bed linen are free. Also a parking space is already included in the rental price. The villa is centrally located in the lake and spa Heringsdorf on the sunny island of Usedom.

Urlaub in Heringsdorf
Die Ferienwohnung war für uns zu dieser Jahreszeit in Ordnung. Allerdings waren wir verwundert, daß sie sich unmittelbar an einer recht stark befahrenen Ampelkreuzung befindet. Weder die Fotos noch die Beschreibung weisen darauf hin. Ansonsten wären wir vollauf zufrieden und würden sie auch vom Herbst bis Frühjahr wieder buchen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung ist hell, gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet; wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Sie liegt sehr zentral und man ist schnell sowohl im Zentrum von Heringsdorf als auch am Strand. Mehrere gute Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und schnell erreichbar; gute Kommunikation! Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Schöner Urlaub
Die Ferienwohnung ist ansprechend und es findet sich alles was man braucht . Sogar Kleinigkeiten wie Kaffee , Salz etc sind da . Das war wirklich schön . Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt und der Weg zum Strand nicht weit . Leider konnten wir das Schlafzimmer nicht wirklich verdunkeln, damit unser Kind schlafen konnte. Und die Tatsache dass das Auto über die Kreuzung im Parkhaus stand , fanden wir im Nachhinein eher hinderlich. Da es in der Anzeige steht , weiß man aber ungefähr , was einen erwartet . Allen in allem ein schöner Urlaub.

Die Wohnung ist noch schöner, als sie auf den Fotos aussieht. Die Lage ist sehr günstig. Einziges Vermuthströphchen: Die Matratze im Doppelbett ist zwar sehr gut, aber hart. Das ich nichts für jede/n. Trotzdem 5 Sterne 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Hallo. Wir hatten 2 richtig schöne Urlaubswochen auf Usedom – Heringsdorf. Die Wohnung bietet Sehr viel Platz, hell und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Vermieter und vor Ort Ansprechpartnerin sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns fehlte es an nichts und die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist bis ins kleinste Detail gelungen. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder.
