The house Sonnenland is located only 400m from the Baltic Sea beach with shops and a bakery in immediate sight.

The spacious three-room apartment is located in the attic of the renovated old building with rustic Kaiserbädercharme. A modern interior and comfortable facilities provide the conditions for a relaxing Baltic Sea holiday. The bright living room has a cozy sofa area and a dining area. Four people find their place to sleep in two separate rooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, while the second room has two single beds and some sloping ceilings. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and is also suitable for longer stays.

A parking space and a storage for bicycles are available on the property.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung und eine gute Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, auch der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt. Leider für Bahnanreisende etwas umständlich mit der Schlüsselübergabe. Das Angebot mit dem Taxitransfer (mit Schlüsselübergabe) ist gut gemeint, aber nach unserer Meinung zu kostenintensiv.

Tolle Wohnung, super Lage! Allerdings für große Personen teilweise zu wenig Kopffreiheit im Badezimmer und im Eingangsbereich. Schade das es keine Waschmaschine in der Ferienwohnung gibt.

Top Lage, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Wohnung klein aber fein, im Zimmer mit den Einzelbetten ist leider fast kein Platz für Klamotten, einzig eine kleine Kommode ist vorhanden. Das war ziemlich eng,daher auch der eine Stern Abzug. Aber ansonsten ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt

Wir waren zu zweit eine Woche hier. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und alles in bestem Zustand. An manchen Stellen (Toilette) etwas eng, aber gerade das macht den Charme aus. Strandbesuche und Ausflüge zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad sind hier gut machbar. Das Schönste war für uns die Ruhe dieses Ortes.

Eine saubere Wohnung in sehr guter Lage. An manchen Stellen etwas eng (Toilette), aber gerade das macht auch den Charme aus. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und in bestem Zustand. Wir würden hier wieder buchen.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und für 2Erw und 2Ki völlig ausreichend. Zum Strand/Strandpromenade, zur Ostseetherme, zum Supermarkt und zum Bahnhof kann man gut zu Fuß gehen, das Auto haben wir kaum benötigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Optimale Ausstattung, sehr gut geeignet für Familie mit Kindern, preisgünstig !Viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten(Schwimmhalle, Karls Dorf usw.), jederzeit weiter zu empfehlen. Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter, Wohnung sehr ruhig!

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in Ahlbeck verbracht. Dazu hat natürlich die liebevolle eingerichtete Ferienwohung beigetragen. Alles war sauber und rational gestaltet. Durch die zentrale Lage war alles schnell erreichbar. Auch unser PKW war auf dem geschlossenen Hof gut abgestellt. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel erfolgte mit vielen netten Informationen, sowie Übergabe einer Informationsmappe. Diese enthielt viele Infos zu Ausflugszielen für Groß und Klein. Der Besuch in der Ostseetherme war der krönende Abschluss unserer Ferienwoche.. Gerne empfehlen wir die Ferienwohnung weiter.
