At this beautiful southern two-room apartment on the ground floor of Dünenresidenz include a balcony and a high terrace. The contemporary furnished apartment has a living room with modern kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The sofa bed in the living room can be put extra for two people. The use of washing machine and dryer is possible on site for a fee of € 4.00.

Underground parking, bicycle storage facilities, a washing machine and a dryer are available in the basement.
