This lovingly furnished 3-room apartment is 64 square meters and is located in 1. Upstairs. It offers a maximum of 4 people space for a relaxing Baltic Sea stay. In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa with two armchairs to relax in front of, as well as coffee table and flat screen TV. The dining area and the kitchenette incl. Dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, etc. are also integrated in the rear of the living room. On the large covered balcony to the southeast you can enjoy many hours of sunshine. Both bedrooms are furnished with a comfortable double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and ample closet space. The spacious bathroom with window is equipped with a shower with real glass partition and washbasin / WC. There is also a washing machine available for guests. The parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment. Bring your own bicycles safely in your own basement.

Bansin is one of the three famous imperial resorts on the island of Usedom. The seaside health resorts impress with a great past, charm and warmth. With its up to 70 meters wide, white, endless sandy beach they promise pure relaxation. The imperial baths are among the most beautiful baths of the scenic island, which incidentally is the sunniest region in Germany with an average of 1,906 hours of sunshine per year.

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt, der Strand nahe, ebenso wie diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Team von Brise ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Die Ferienwohnung hatte eine tolle, ruhige Lage, einmal die Straße kurz runter und man war am Strand, super! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt

Für uns hatte die saubere und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung eine super Lage, um von dort aus die schier endlose Promenade entlang der 3 Kaiserbäder zu erkunden. Dank des Super Wetters konnten wir unsere Mahlzeiten auf dem ruhigen Balkon einnehmen. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter.
