"I travelled for 24 hours from the US to this property to arrive to a place that didn’t have sheets, blankets or pillows on any of the beds. It was dirty, there was dirt and dead bugs on the floor and also no towels or wash cloths. After traveling for 24 hours, I just wanted to shower and go to bed but there was no way I could do that.
