"This house is not clean, despite the fact that we paid a cleaning fee. There were bottles under the beds, open cookies in the drawers of the nightstands, and copious amounts of hair (all parts of the body, if you can use your imagination) all over the house and especially in the bathroom. Neither shower was usable. In the "master," if you want to call that barely able-to-walk-in space a master the diverter didn't work and the water didn't come out of the shower and it couldn't be made into a...

"This townhome is just as it is listed. It is comfortable and well furnished. My only comments are that one additional 10-12 inch fry pan would be nice. Also the A/C is the portable type which would keep the unit cool but the duct to the outside is 4 inch and the hose from the unit is 6 inch so an adapter is needed to make them more efficient."

"The community is very conveniently located by the lake. The home is spacious and clean, the furniture is stylish and new. We found everything we need in this home: the board games, the TVs, the kitchen utensils. There were plenty of sleeping spaces and towels."

"Although a short stay (2 days), we had a great time. Beautiful condo in a quiet picturesque area. The condo was spotless. Full kitchen with dishes, flatware, pots, pans, detergents, stacked washer/dryer in a closet, and a Keurig coffee maker. The only thing missing was a toaster. Bedding, towels, and toiletries were also included. Large TVs in each room. Very comfortable and relaxing stay. "

They said we did not complete a form prior to check in, which we did and would not get check in info. It took 3 phone calls to Vacasa before getting info we needed. "
