New Listing! Restored Cowboy Cabin near Bryce, Grand Staircase. Great views!

New Listing!
1940's era restored farmhand/cowboy bunkhouse. Rustic exterior retained to exemplify its age and origins, but the inside has been updated and remodeled for your comfort. One bedroom, bath, living room w/ kitchenette. Be advised that the all-original ceiling logs have a clearance (head room) of 6'-5", and are spaced every 30", so if you are taller than 6'-4" this would be uncomfortable for you.

The bunkhouse is located on our small farm in the south end of Henrieville valley. The farm originally belonged to my great-grandfather Harry Quilter Sr, and changed hands several times over the years, until finally I was able to pick up this portion of the original farm. The previous owners of my property lived in this 385 square foot cabin for seven years while building their strawbale homestead next door, where the property manager (our son) now lives.

A Hidden Gem
This was an excellent home base for exploring Bryce Canyon NP for several days! It's very private, is well-appointed, is cozy, has great evening views off of the back porch, and was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Adorable Cozy Cabin
Absolutely loved this 1 bedroom 1 bath cabin just outside of Henrieville, UT. If you use the WAZE app, recognizes exactly where the property is. But the driving directions were perfect. The view off of the back porch was breath-taking. Highly recommend this property!

The drive between Bryce Canyon National park and the rental was lovely every time we drove it, little to no traffic and views to write home about. So glad we stayed at the cozy clean Quilters Cabin.

Beautifully restored Cabin
It is a simple but lovingly restored and maintained cabin. Don't try to cook elaborate meals there, given that the kitchen has a hot plate, mini toaster oven, and microwave, but who cares? It's a good break from cooking much. The owners were very communicative and always responded to questions promptly. I highly recommend this place for a few days stay

Off the beaten path (in a good way)
This listing is away from all the commercial/vacation rentals, meaning you’ll rent a little cabin with peace and quiet. Property is tucked next door to main house but we never saw the property manager. When booking, the owner will send directions. My advice would be to look at google maps beforehand to give yourself some bearings and follow their instructions. Cabin was very cozy and updated. Perfect spot to return after hiking at Bryce.

Relaxing and serene!
After a long day, it was wonderful to come to this hidden little place tucked away in the quiet surroundings. We could see the view of mountains! The place was very clean and cool in spite of the warmer weather! A fun place to sit back and enjoy the quiet.

This property was a great home base for exploring Bryce Canyon and Kodachrome State Park. The peaceful location gave us a respite from any park crowds. The hosts were extremely hospitable and communicative. Great birdwatching in the orchard and around the “neighborhood “.

A surprising oasis
This was a sweet getaway place off the beaten trail yet accessable to Bryce and surrounding parks. Our only regret was staying only one day so we missed the chance to slow down and take advantage of the winsome country setting. Our hosts were attentive, helpful, and generous offering fresh picked fruit from their orchard as a treat.

Great place!
This cabin is adorable. Very clean and everything we needed. The only reason we gave it a 3 on location is because it is not easy to find, if you aren’t paying attention. So lesson is to read the host’s directions! Great distance to beautiful Bryce Canyon. Only suggestion is to groom the grassy area around the home and cabin. Best of luck to you all.

Exceptional Property and Service from Host
What a wonderful property! This cozy cabin is everything you need and then some. It exceeded our expectations and was just down the road from Bryce Canyon National Park. The hosts were so helpful with all of our questions and requests and made our stay special. Jake was especially helpful and very responsive to everything we asked him. They went above and beyond to make our stay one we will never forget. We will definitely be staying here the next time we are in town and are lucky to have found this beautiful property.

Great place!
Cute little cabin and was very clean! Definitely off the beaten path (which I enjoyed) but would highly recommend getting there for the first time in daylight as it can be hard to find and feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere. The host was very helpful and left great instructions! Make sure to use the address he provides and not the default one from vrbo as it did not take us to the right place.

Great place near Bryce Canyon
We stayed here while checking out Bryce Canyon. The house is very clean, has a great layout, and is decorated well for a small country home. Nice and quiet location, great for stargazing. Effortless check in and check out process. We had no trouble accessing the property with a FWD suv. Be aware google maps may only get you in the general area, but they have clear signs that make it easy to locate. Would happily stay here in the future!

Wonderful quiet secluded spot
The Quilter Cabin is a lovely little place well off the beaten track of the crowds at Bryce Canyon. If you're looking for seclusion in the beautiful Henrieville valley, this is for you. The cabin itself is cozy, clean, and perfect for a couple. Directions were all clear, the cabin was clean, nice and warm on the chilly nights of late April, and the views from the back deck are amazing. Recommended.

Adorable and comfy with a grand view
The listing should include pictures of the view from the cabin. Much better than the listing would indicate. Beautiful! Very much out in the country and isolated. Not recommended for low-slung sports cars. ;) Perfect for us. Plenty big for two people, very comfortable, kitchen appliances (coffee maker, toaster oven, hot plate) very adequate for laid-back in-house breakfasts. Fantastic view off of back deck. Would be more than happy to stay there again.
