"This lovely home on the serene Chalk Pond was a great place to get away. The house is beautifully decorated, while still being practical. The fact that they allow dogs is a nice bonus. The house was clean, plenty of soft towels, and the beds were comfortable. The owner is very communicative and responsive to any issues. Highly recommend! "

"We were there in mid July on a hot week. We loved the privacy and how quiet the property was! We spent most days down on the dock, swimming and fishing. The living room has a window that is wall sized and swings open to allow a breeze of the pond which was great in the evening. We did not have any issues with bugs entering the cabin during our stay. The kitchen was stocked well and very functional. We really enjoyed the game room above the garage. The location was great. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely. It's very close to the southern end of Lake and Mt. Sunapee, so lots of outdoor activities. This would be a place we would return to."
