"Neighborhood in Mainz was delightful! Sleeping arrangements as advertised - two bedrooms which sleep 2 each on 2nd floor, and one bedroom with other beds/futons on top floor. Kitchen was a bit underequipped compared to our other European VRBO experiences - no vegetable peeler, no saucepans smaller than multiple gallon, very minimal spices. Kitchen not really equipped to cook. Backyard is NOT AS ADVERTISED - overgrown and unkempt waist high grass made it unusable except patio and table directly...

The bed was SUPER comfortable, and the shower, while tiny, worked great with plenty of water pressure... LOCATION!!! We enjoyed our 2 week stay , it was rural yet close to everything! 20 minutes to Mainz, Wiesbaden, 30 minutes to Frankfurt , The town was within walking distance with wonderful restaurants .
