Great place to stay

This is a great place to stay at South Beach. Clean rooms very friendly staff. Right across the street from the beach. Family owned and operated. You are right on the main road but road noise was not bad.

Great experience

Hotel is located near the south bay beach, which is very convenient location. There are several restaurants and a 7-11 in few minute walking radius. The rooms are clean and the staff is super nice.

The place is just across South Beach, one of best sand beach in Kending. The staff are friendly. The place is clean and nice. Got a shared rooftop that can see the beach.

The room was nice and the view was good. It is conveniently located. I liked that it was quiet. My only complaint was that the room was too hot and it seemed to be controlled by central air (no remote or controller in the room). Breakfast is not provided.

We were definitely not satisfied! The street noise was very loud, though having a room on the top floor. During the night you could also hear the traffic, we had to close the windows. Because the air condition was very loud, we did not turn it on, it was far too hot in the room. The photos did not show the reality, the hotel was quite run down. It urgently needs renovation. The price was far too expensive for what we got.

Nice place. The pictures are accurate. You get a nice view of the ocean. Plenty of sunlight as well. The staff were very nice. I was there on new years eve and we were able to go to the roof to see the fireworks.

一入住，房間內有很濃刺鼻芳香水的味道（應該是店家沒限制房客在房間裡用餐），但….化學芳香劑的味道時在太過了。 枕頭上有螞蟻屍體3隻⋯⋯ 床單上起毛球，還有一粒粒的像沙子般的東西… 但闆娘和老闆都很親切，小孩也很可愛 以上若改善，會再訪！ 地點很好，過馬路就可以下海灘玩水上活動..

多年前住過一次，但前東家經營不善換了新老闆，新老闆服務親切很好聊天，相比前東家那時的經驗好太多了，老闆還說之前他在墾丁有名的夏X工作，他說他的房型裝潢完全不輸夏X，來墾丁南灣的朋友，可以選擇此民宿喔～推推👍
