Environnement agréable, location médiocre
Appartement vétuste, infiltration d'eau, équipements datés.Volet roulant cassé, robinetterie qui fuit, porte de placard bloquée. Au tarif de la location, des réparations devraient être effectuées. A part la situation et le parking, l'appartement est à fuir.
