"Very easy, but on the slightly more basic side. Room and breakfast were everything that was needed, but also very perfunctory. The grounds were excellent, I just wish the weather had been nicer to spend time outside in it."

Rooms are small but well appointed & good value for the price. The bed size was advertised as king but it was a double which is small for us. "We had an absolutely lovely stay at Orchard House. Tiggy and Pete were very welcoming and very tolerant of the five of us in our 20s getting ready for a wedding reception! We stayed in the family room which was lovely and light with plenty of skylights. The little touches like biscuits and chocolates really made us feel welcome. The beds were super comfortable and we slept very well! It was great to have the mezzanine as well to extend the space. Nice quiet street as well and easy to get to the...

"Amazing. Rooms are large an spacious and fitted out with furniture which is not cheap. Bed was big and comfortable. Breakfast was cooked to order and was amazing, with great quality products (well they tasted really good). Lovely friendly hosts. Will be coming back."

"You're above a pub, but right in the city centre, for real cheap. It's highly convenient, clean bathrooms and bedding, but be warned, it's above a pub. Its a bit noisy until late, but that's expected. Can't complain really. We left some headphones and keys behind but they were very kind to ship them back for us! Would recommend if you're in for a couple of nights and just need a bed. Gud price"
