"Great location, parking was available but limited and spaces were very small. Staff weee helpful we were offered an upgrade for £30 for this we got 2 x breakfast, 2 x coffee and cake, £5 food and early check in and a bigger room in the 12th floor. We had an issue with the toilet being blocked when we arrived, they did try to fix it but it wasn’t resolved. Room was clean, had all facilities needed. Hotel had happy hour at the bar from 3pm until 7pm. Two glasses of wine for £9 which was good. Breakfast was very busy but lots of choice. Would use again. Good value and would be better if we had a working toilet."

"Being from the hospitality industry, I am not easily wopwed but I have to say, the staff and service was wonderful, genuine and warm. Clean rooms, comfy beds, all expected amenities working and I enjoyed a delicious burger in the Sound Bar. Perfect location to explore London"

"Great location near Paddington Station; very helpful staff (maneuvered the rooms around to let us have a very early check-in, with no charge, after an overnight flight from the US); very clean room with good housekeeping. They didn't provide many towels but readily gave us extras when asked. Very good value."
