"My week at Villa Náutica Paradise Island Resort was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the resort delivered a seamless blend of professionalism, comfort, and genuine hospitality that made this stay truly memorable. The team demonstrated extreme professionalism at every turn. Their attention to detail and proactive approach ensured that every need was anticipated and met. I must single out Mr Dillon for special praise. His availability was constant, his manner unfailingly courteous, and his commitment to providing the best possible experience was evident in every interaction. The management team’s coordination and the staff’s warmth combined to create an atmosphere of effortless care. The accommodation was of outstanding quality. Rooms are spacious, immaculately maintained, and thoughtfully appointed with comfortable furnishings and modern amenities. Cleanliness and upkeep were impeccable, and the overall design balances elegance with relaxed island charm. Meals were varied and of high quality. The resort’s culinary offerings showcased fresh ingredients, creative preparation, and consistent presentation. Breakfasts offered a wide selection to suit all tastes. Lunch and dinner menus provided both local flavors and international options, each dish prepared with care and flavor. The experience is richer, warmer, and more impressive in person than words can capture. I leave with deep appreciation and the certainty that I will return."

"I travalled with 85 year old disabled mum and 88 year old dad. The staff was very helpfull. they arranged a room closed to the restaurants and a wheelchair for my mum. During the transfers from the airport to the hotel and hotel to the airport, they also assisted us. They arranged everything very professionally. Island and the facilities are very pleasant. Food is very good and diverse cousines are available. Rooms are being cleaned 2 times in a day, every morning and every afternoon.The night acitivites are enjoying. The day time is peaceful. The sea is crystal clear, fishes are colorful, the staff is cheerful, so what can you ask for more... Thanks to all Bandos team."

"What an incredible place! The views, the peace, the sheer beauty, everything was all we wanted and more. The staff are incredibly helpful and the kindest we have ever encountered. Naseem was our island host who felt more like a friend, helpful, attentive and caring. Ravi, the cleaner for our beach villas was faultless! He works so hard and kept everywhere pristine, was always happy and left beautiful decorations on our bed using grass reeds! Puja, our favourite waitress in the market, took care of our family of six at every meal time. There are so many people to thank for our amazing stay! We will be back again one day! We miss everyone and everything about this place. If you are undecided where to go, Joy Island should definitely be somewhere you pick!!"

"Unfortunately my wife had a fall, broke her arm and required hospitalisation and surgery. The staff of the resort were fantastic, supportive and so caring. The resort is immaculate and has everything one could want from an island holiday in paradise. While the resort is of a high standard and maintained, the building safety standards are well below those in Australia. However, this is consistently the case with most properties in many countries, so watch out for the tripping hazards! Having said that, this is a wonderful resort with outstanding staff."
