"This was a clean hotel that had great service, courteous staff, and an ideal property if you’re on a tight budget. The location was close to the Indiana University and a short drive to most places in Bloomington, however its immediate surroundings included run down storage unit and the property itself seemed a little dated. Stayed here on parents weekend and while rates were high for this property, they did not jack up the rates nearly as much as many others. An older family owned place, good choice for an economy motel only 3 miles from campus. "
