"A lovely B&B set in a quiet countryside location and yet close to many of Cornwall’s attractions. The property was extremely comfortable with June being the perfect host. The breakfast was outstanding with many choices available. The only improvement that could be made would be a better WiFi signal in the room but this did not affect our stay in any way. I would definitely stay here again."
"We loved staying at the Minerva Guesthouse. The hosts are lovely and thoughtful. as are the staff. It's really what makes this place special. The location is excellent, right near the beach for an early morning or evening walk when the tide is out. Our room for three was tight but with everything we needed: an excellent shower, comfortable, clean bed, and closet space. Go for the location, but stay for the hosts. "
"The room was spacious with very good facilities, such as dish washer, washing machine, cooking utensils. Staff were friendly and welcoming. However, room service was not provided during my 3-night stay that made the atmosphere a bit chaotic, especially the toilet hygiene. In addition, plants inside living room or dining room were dying without proper attention."
"Alicia and Clive were the perfect hosts. Breakfast was superb and nice options offered for Evening Meal. Courtesy tray in room was also very comprehensively stocked with different teas, coffees and hot chocolate.
Bedroom and Bathroom impeccably clean and ventilation superb. Bed very comfortable.

"Really enjoyed our stay at Kernow cottage. It’s a cosy yet spacious and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Perfect location just a couple of minutes walk to the harbour. It’s in a quiet part of the village so we weren’t disturbed by cars or people passing during the night.
Loved the personal touch of the family history and story of Kernow Cottage in the hallway!"
