Overall great beautiful place to stay. The hotel was by seaside and there was lovely road to walk around. The staff was polite and we got a couple hours later check out time for free. The parking area was bit small, so if you are arriving late there might not be room. Also on the room, there was bit damage to the floor and it was bubbling from one spot.

Nice, comfy bed. Somewhat cramped room with worn electrical equipment. Tiny shower only, no bathtub unlike what I was mistakenly expecting - remember to specify what kind of room you want. Quite affordable by Finnish standards. Good breakfast - all the essentials were available, though not the largest buffet I've seen in the country. Parking situation was a bit chaotic in the weekend. Good, quiet areaa

I loved the helpful staff! They were very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. In particular, the kind women working the night shift who made drinks worked the desk during the night shift. I appreciated the location as it’s fairly close to two metro stations, a tram line, and the Aalto university. It is also right by the water and some lovely walking areas. The beds were good. The last guests trash was left in my bedroom bathroom and it smelled bad, but after requesting a room cleaning everything was fixed and addressed. I liked my room. It was comfortable. The room with a sofa bed is definitely crammed with too much furniture for one person, but would be ideal for a family! It was quiet despite the Helsinki dog show and many of the dogs staying here. I didn’t hear the other guests at all on my floor. And usually the lobby was fairly quiet. I would stay here again!

Room was smaller than expected. Bed filled the room and made the room had to move around. Bed was a double yet they gave me two single duvets which was unhelpful and not practical. Staff were friendly and would come again if this issue was sorted
