There is an included breakfast (7am to 10am), afternoon tea (3pm to 5pm) and dinner (6pm to 8pm). This is a full of character place which is extremely well located. Tram 4 drops you right at its doorstep. "

"The Arthur Hotel is an excellent hotel located in the heart of Helsinki. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is older but well kept up. They have a nice buffet breakfast which is included in their rates. The hotel's location is very good as well. Its a 5-10 minute walk from the train station and a 10-15 minute walk from the waterfront/market area. It is also located next to a big park which is excellent for jogging and walking. The park connects to the 1952 Olympic Games site. So overall, this is a very nice hotel, in a very good location and I highly recommend it. "

"Perfect location, close to the Central Train Station and Helsinki Cathedral, walk to most of the scenic spots, shopping area and there are many restaurants right next to the hotel. Modern clean hotels with decent size rooms and very nice breakfast. "
