The staff is very friendly, breakfast has an incredible selection at a high quality, and the design and decor of the hotel is fabulous. "Nice, helpful staff from Reception to Housekeeping. I did enjoy staying here, but when I checked in, I was advised the room was ready. It became apparent that it wasn’t; basics like tea/coffee and toiletries had not been replaced from prior traveller. I also found some long black hair in between the mattresses, and it wasn’t mine. "A beautiful location. We stayed in the Hilton when we were in Stockholm and this was easily as beautiful as that place. Easley had as good a breakfast as that place. It was a huge beautiful spread. The room was actually bigger than our Stockholm Hilton. It was convenient and easy. Everything was close by. The only real issue is parking. If you do drive that's going to get you. We were there in off-season so on the other side of the terminal we found parking that you could do for overnight. Just...

"We loved this hotel. It is definitely a bit quirky in its decor but it suited the surrounding area perfectly. The staff were all friendly and efficient, the evening meal in the restaurant was fantastic, and the breakfast was plentiful and varied and was equal, if not better, to the breakfasts we ate in Copenhagen and Malmo. The restaurant was light, airy and with a stunning view of the harbour. Loved it!"
