"A lovely house which was perfect for our short family break. The house is completed to a high spec and the garden is very well maintained. The bar area is a bonus and a really nice area for socialising. Location was good to go to beaches and other local areas. Most things are within a 10-15 minute drive. Kids and grandparents really enjoyed the stay."

"The garden is fully enclosed with tall fences all around making it perfect for a stay with children and dogs and privacy in the hot tub. The cottage was spotless and felt like a home from home. The location was quiet and peaceful, a really short walk to the beach and a bus stop just outside tbe property going to ingoldmells and skegness"

"Nice bungalow very clean and everything you need the beds are extremely comfortable and the owners answered our questions quickly. Near a lovely beach. We took mum in a wheelchair struggled a little as there was a step into the property. My only criticism would be that the cafe near the beach did not have wheelchair access so we were unable go in"

"Well equipped, spacious bungalow with delightful views across the Lincolnshire countryside. The online information misses many of the features of the premise, The two lounges, the bunk beds in the 'twin' bedroom, the existence of a dishwasher. It provides far more than promised. Only real downside were the mattresses on the double beds, thin with springs so uncomfortable and the beds have a solid frame around them so decidedly uncomfortable entry and exit. The walk in showers to the ensuites...

We have such a relaxing time and couldn’t ask for more, it has everything you need and with a great pub just up the road that serves excellent meals and drinks. We will be booking again soon.
