We liked our room as it was very spacious and had a private kitchen/dining area including stove, oven, microwave and tea/coffee. Check in was simple and information is provided prior to arrival. It was a clean space with comfortable twin beds. "

"My wife and I have just returned from an 8 day stay in this delightful property. The cottage itself is spotless and well appointed; the furniture in the sitting area is very comfortable, as is the dining area; the kitchen is well equipped, with a very good selection of dishes, glassware, pots and pans etc. All appliances ( range, oven, dishwasher, washer, dryer, microwave) are modern and in good order. Some rather steep stairs lead to three bedrooms and a cosy sitting area upstairs. The beds and bedding are high quality and extremely comfortable. As this trip was my fifth to Iceland, we felt no need to be on the move and change locations. It was a real treat to spend the entire trip exploring the Snaefellsness Peninsula in depth. We were out and active each day, and agreed that the coastal hikes were ( for us) best enjoyed in inclement weather….it seemed to suit the drama of the landscape. This is simply a wonderful region. Communication with the host was clear and efficient, the check in and out procedures were well explained, and we both agreed that this was one of our favourite trips. Highly recommended !"
