Such a nice place! So well kept and such a good location on the square. Amazing restaurant downstairs and the breakfast was incredible. Service was amazing and the gentleman checking us in was hilarious and welcoming! Would advise anyone visiting Hburgh to stay here!

Robert, the guest house manager, was very helpfull and kind by all means.

Enjoyed having breakfast & being able to look out to the shoreline. Plus, easy access to the local area. Ray & Jackie are very welcoming hosts!

We loved our stay here! Great location in the West End next to the "Hop-on-Hop-off" tour bus line. Excellent restaurant. Very comfortable beds, larger than average rooms, excellent shower. Beautiful place, extremely friendly staff

The staff was incredibly friendly. The historic building is beautiful. The room was spacious and had a kitchen. Everything was spotless. The bathroom shower was large, great water pressure and temperature. The bed is super comfortable. They don't make up the rooms daily, as it is an apartment hotel. A really lovely place to stay in Inveraray. Very good pub and restaurant. The house whisky was so good I took home 2 bottles. There are a variety of different rooms, some in the main building others in adjacent buildings and some with spectacular views across the loch. The standalone tub was a nice amenity, which I did not have the time to enjoy.

This is a beautiful 1800s home updated with modern amenities yet retaining the old elements that a person wants when they choose an old Scottish manor house. The chef is extraordinary and innovative yet dependable. The house is far from restaraunts, stores and entertainment so you must have your own transport. Also, wifi connections are awful except in the library.

The apartment is lovely. Comfortable furnishings, large windows, view of the loch. Overall, a lovely stay in a quaint little town -- we'll definitely be back!

This was a beautiful place to spend the night! The room was large (with a surprisingly large bathroom), the dining was delicious, the service was impeccable and best of all, the employees were the nicest we’ve met on this trip to Scotland. We highly recommend the Oak Tree Inn!!

Our hosts were lovely and accommodating. Helped with our bags, and provided pack lunches for very reasonable rates. Would absolutely recommend.
