A hidden gem situated on the sea front of Helensburgh. Boasting fantastic views over the Firth of Clyde.
This traditional first floor apartment was built in 1899 and maintains its period features. It has been tastefully furnished, with attention to details, modern colours, designer lighting and high quality accessories. Located in the centre of Helensburgh, perfect for those looking for a functional and high standard accommodation.
The Space
The stylish apartment is approximately 65m2 and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. With a backdrop of the sometimes snow-tipped mountains towards Dunoon, Clyde View Apartment is a special self-catering haven in the most idyllic of locations. Enjoy local fish and chips by the sea or simply enjoy a walk on one of the many off road trails. During the winter, get away from it all and put your feet up in front of the fire and enjoy the views over the River Clyde from the comfort of your front room. Bedrooms & Bathroom Clyde View Apartment has two large bedrooms, one with a king-size zip and link bed which can be changed to two singles where necessary, and a double bed, both with 1400 pocket sprung mattresses and crisp white bedding. A travel cot is available for babies upon request. Kitchen We have a beautifully newly refurbished fitted kitchen, complete with toaster, oven, microwave, gas hob, and everything we think you could need for a comfortable stay. Take a pew at our breakfast bar in the kitchen and watch TV. Living/Dining Room In the evenings kick back and relax on our luxury leather chesterfield sofa. Netflix is provided so why not enjoy a movie in front of the fire, or take advantage of the tranquility with a good book. Guests can enjoy family board games provided such as Scrabble, Boggle, Monopoly & a deck of cards. There is also a small selection of children s toys. The chesterfield sofa can be converted into a large bed. Bathroom Wake up with our ultra modern power shower. This will be sure to leave you feeling fresh and ready for your day. We supply towels and hand towels for all guests free of charge. Utilities For your convenience, Clyde View Apartments also has a washing machine, tumble dryer and washing machine.
The property is well situated for golfers, with easy access to Helensburgh Golf Club, Cardross Golf Club, the renowned Loch Lomond Golf Club and the new Carrick course at Loch Lomond. Cameron House Hotel and Spa is only a short drive away.
Helensburgh, considered by many as a gateway to the Highlands, combines both town and country living with Loch Lomond and the Trossachs within easy reach. The Glencoe and Nevis Range ski areas are both within approximately an hour and a half’s drive, while for water sports enthusiasts the Firth of Clyde provides some of Scotland’s most testing sailing waters.
Just 300 meters from Helensburgh swimming Pool and Ferry terminal you are ideally located with the added convince of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars all being on the door step. Close by is the famous Charles Rennie Mackintosh Hill House, Dumbarton Castle and the always stunning Loch Lomond. This is a perfect base for exploring the sights of Argyll, from the Whisky Trail to a round of golf.

Central location within walking distance of Colquhoun Square and all amenities including, excellent restaurants, coffee shops, night life, banks and local independent shops.
Helensburgh Central train station is just a short 5-minute walk away, with regular direct services to Glasgow and Edinburgh.

Great apartment for 4 adults. Everyone was very comfortable during our stay. The apartment had great views of the clyde/loch. The waterfront walking path that ran in front of the apartment was very nice. The apartment was located close to many restaurants and pubs and the kitchen was adequately stocked with items to allow us to cook a couple meals. All in all a great place to stay!
My family and I was visiting for a week and enjoyed our stay. Apartment was very nice, although I was a little confused by the lack of a full door on shower lol. View out the window was lovely. Everything you need is within walking distance, and apartment had all cooking supplies for us to enjoy some home cooked meals. Appreciated quick response from owners when we had any questions. Definitely recommend.
This apartment is well appointed, conveniently located to many good restaurants and has ever changing views over the lovely Loch. There is lots of very good walking around Helensburgh and a short drive away. We also took a train trip in to see the sights of Glasgow. Alice communicated very well to help to make our stay enjoyable.Certainly recommend this apartment

We enjoyed our ll day stay while visiting family in Helensburgh. The property is conveniently located to thebusiness district (restaurants, grocery stores) and has great view of the Clyde. The flat is comfortably furnished and has a well equipped kitchen and a great shower. We plan to stay again.

A comfortable, clean and smart apartment close to the heart of Helensburgh with a good view over the Firth of Clyde.
We enjoyed walking along the shore and into the hills. A short trip by car to Loch Lomond (we enjoyed hiring boats at Luss).
Easy to catch a train into the heart of Glasgow.
Good WiFi and Television (important, especially for teens) and a kitchen and washing machine perfect for a self-catering holiday.
This is a really well equipped apartment right on the seafront. We really enjoyed our stay. We used it as a base to explore nearby Loch Lomond and it was lovely coming back after a long walk and relaxing on the very comfortable sofas with some TV. The bathroom has a shower tower that was very revitalising. We found that the kitchen has everything we needed but there are a lot of restaurants and takeaways close by as well. The sea view was a wonderful bonus. There was a comfortable double bedroom and a further bedroom with twin beds that could be combined to a double. There was sufficient storage for our clothes, also. The place was lovingly decorated and very clean and we felt immoderately at home.
Perfect place to stay. No detail forgotten. Cosy and warm with everything we needed. Excellent beds and bedding. Fab shower.
