"We gathered family in Colorado Springs for a funeral service, and this house could not have been better for sleeping people from 8 months to 70 years old comfortably and in their own space. Being on the southwest side in the Broadmoor/Skyway part of town the home is just minutes from the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Seven Falls and Helen Hunt Falls, it’s right up next to Cheyenne Mountain and a quick drive to Manitou Springs, the Cave of the Winds, and The North Pole. Kevin, our host, was very responsive and easy to work with. The hot tub was not functioning correctly, but there were so many other things to keep everyone occupied that we hardly missed it! This house is an excellent choice for a large group that includes children, and I highly recommend it!"

"This was the perfect home for getting our family together. Texas, Seattle, Idaho and California. Six adults and three boys, ages 7, 5 and 3. They are busy kids and the home, even though well appointed was kid friendly. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware, spices, oils and staples. I’m a cook so generally when I travel I will bring two chefs knives and two paring knives. Not sure why I forgot but we made do. I know from experience that a nice set of kitchen knives tends to disappear. The fire table outside was a hit for telling the kids stories in the evening. Tommy was very easy to communicate with and always responded promptly. I would recommend this property for a family get together or to celebrate a special occasion."

"My family enjoyed a long weekend stay at this property for Air Force Academy Parents weekend.The property was comfortable, clean and charming. Since our stay was in September, there were pretty flowers in bloom all over the property. The inside was updated and modern with comfortable beds. Laura was sweet and we would definitely stay here again.As a bonus this property is located very near the Broadmoor Hotel which is a favorite of ours to visit and have a drink & take in the sights."
