Well appointed luxury condo with two master suites and a small bedroom with a twin bed, full kitchen, a gas fireplace and screen porch with hot tub. You are within walking distance to famous Betty's Country Store, as well as all other shopping and restaurants . Plus, close proximity to tubing the Chattahoochee, hiking, waterfalls, horseback, golf, wineries, ziplines, kayaking, swimming, and miniature golf.

This is a no smoking unit. Violators will be fined $200.

Great place to stay! Easy to walk anywhere in Helen and the condo is great! Tracey is a great host. She worked with us to fix a booking mishap. Would definitely stay here again.

Oh my goodness. What a Blessing it was that we all got to stay in the same place…and what a place! Top notch with all the amenities. We made memories to last a lifetime! We will definitely be back and hope to stay in the exact same place! It is on my list of exceeding every expectation! Thank you for such a wonderful time in such a beautiful place.

Really loved the location of this property. Not that Helen is really large but everything was within easy walking distance. The hot tub was really nice after getting caught in the rain while on the river. Beware that the ground floor bedroom does get really cold due to the A/C layout in the property. It was AWESOME for someone like me that loves sleeping in cold rooms.

Great stay 1 star rating for property manager because we never seen or heard from them. Property was great. Texted cleaning crew when we checked out but never heard back from them saying they received text. Overall a great stay… would book again for sure.

The condo looked just like the pictures. It was awesome. Fantastic location! Only complaint/advice to give is that the shower did not have good water pressure. It was way too light coming out and the Internet on the TV kept going in and out. It would go black then come back. All in all, the place was great and would highly recommend.
