The market town of Christiansfeld, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is also worth a visit. Especially cake lovers will love a visit, as the town is known for its delicious gingerbread. Not far from Hejlsminde is the beautiful nature area Skamlingsbanken. There is also a lot to experience in Kolding - whether you are on vacation with children, looking for an active vacation or are passionate about art and culture.
