"We stop here very often,never see any staff,unless breakfast is served there,still no British tv ,but we are in belgium, had to help customers, were to book in and thekeys were having problems ,apart from that,very handy for very think thd shops ,the train ,and taxis"

"The property was generally clean, the location for commute to Bruges is good and check-in was fairly easy. But other then that I feel what we paid for it, we didn't get value for money. The bedding was not done, I did see some comms about it but I couldn't imagine it literally means we would have to go and do the bedding ourself, unacceptable. Not toiletries, again saw some comms about it but thought at least they will have hand wash, but no, I guess expected too much. There were marks on mattress in kids room so my son refuses to sleep on that bed, which I agree, so he slept on the sofa. The kids bed room flet like they have fitted beds in a wardrobe, I felt uncomfortable just looking at it. About Check-out, who thought that check-out at 10am is acceptable? I am on a holiday, I don't wish to rush in the morning, so why should we expect to check-out at 10am. I understand house keeping issues but the check-out should atleast be at 11am. I paid for a day, there are 24hrs in a day but you expect me to check-in at 3pm and check-out at 10am that's not a full day, again I understand house keeping issues but you don't need 5 hours to clean one room. When asked they expected us to pay over €30 for just an hours, sorry but ridiculous and unacceptable. Finally, the entrance to basement parking I felt was dangerous, I have an SUV and thank god we didn't park there or I would have damaged my car. So overall not great for us, will not book this place ever again."

"My room was clean and immaculate. I stayed three nights and didn't need the services of the cleaning staff as I wasn't around during the day, but a fresh bottle of water was placed outside of my door each day. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the Breakfast was varied and plentiful. I stay here every year around April and will be coming back again next year."

"Very disappointed with this hotel on your site it looked lovely , until we actually arrived at the hotel . We had 2 rooms a double room and a family room . The double room Ground for with a small kitchen & dinning table , backdoor glazed for going on to a small patio , with a footpath going past it ,next to the bed . No nets or no blinds on the window or doors. So if you want to get changed had to close the curtains . Kettle all the plastic on the handle was broken & all wires sticking out . No hairdryer in the room had to ask is there one in room I was told u can have one for 30 euros and the money would be given back when the hairdryer was given back . Family room Ground My brother in law was not happy about his room either . The family room was on two floors . All up the stairs they looked like they were knife holes as if some one had been stabbing the wall . Upstairs no nets or blinds again , broken window that was continually open would not close . As for the breakfast , not brilliant . You could not get an English breakfast there only scramble eggs with bit of bacon cut up in it . They did have salamis , chicken slices , toast , cereals and rolls , fruit juice and coffee . In the evening meals there were very minimum menu . We paid 177 euros (4 adults 1 child ) and 2 adults didn’t eat apart from small amount of salad. No fries , had noodles there but all had gone by the time we went for our meal (7pm) and didn’t make anymore."

"Cannot fault this hotel. The staff were fantastic and the amenities great. All things thought of for all ages, the spa, the pool, the games room and the ball pit. Truly something for everyone. Great place to stay if you’re visiting Brugge and have access to a car or the coastal tram for beaches and sights."
