"Overall the stay was great. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. The room was beautiful and I had a wonderful view. I ordered room service and it was quick and delicious. My only complaints are the bed was hard and I had a hard time getting to sleep and was sore in the morning. The other problem was when I asked to have my room serviced the trash wasn’t emptied, no water was left, coffee cups were left dirty on the bathroom sink and the bed was made with the same sheets and pillowcases and not fresh bedding. The floor wasn’t vacuumed. They did send someone up with water and to empty the trash when I called down. I stayed four nights and the room was only serviced the one time and I had to ask for clean towels, sheets and pillowcases were never changed. These things didn’t ruin my stay but it is something that needs to be addressed because everything else about the hotel is so nice. I would stay again and just hope that these had been addressed by the next time. "

"If I could give 10 stars for the staff and service I would. Nicest staff I’ve ever been around and I work in customer service. Very clean, spacious room, comfortable beds, nice bathroom (wish there was a little more water pressure but that’s with every hotel). First place I’ve ever been with free dinner AND 3 free drinks? I would highly recommend! "
