"We had a fantastic stay at Hampton by Hilton Aachen Tivoli. From the moment we arrived, all the staff were friendly, welcoming and eager to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble.A special mention must go to Alexander, who worked in the bar. He genuinely made our stay memorable. Every evening he welcomed us with a smile, took the time to chat with us and showed a real interest in our trip. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and always made us feel valued as guests.Thanks to Alexander, our evenings in the bar became one of the highlights of our stay. His excellent customer service, attention to detail and friendly personality created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. He is a real credit to the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others. Thank you to the whole team and especially Alexander, for making us feel so welcome!!"

"Mooi huis, splitlevel met 3 niet te hoge goedbegaanbare trappen. Twee ruime slaapkamers. De eigenaar maaktde bedden op als een, maar het zijn twee losse bedden naast elkaar, boxspring. Nette wat kleine, maar brandschone badkamer. Een grote stapel dunne handdoeken, prima! De beide slaapkamers zijn goed ingericht zonder al teveel onnodige zaken. De keuken is goed, je kunt er prima koken, wat nodig was; er zijn weinig goede restaurants in de directe omgeving. Als je erheen gaat neem niet al teveel kook en serviesspullen mee. De kasten staan er vol mee.Het is er heerlijk still! Wij hadden het naar onze zin."
