ED Refnr. 642 882 Our house is located in a residential area in Heiligenhafen. It was created in 2001 and has a high standard. The plot has a slight slope. The garden can be accessed by our guests. The kitchen has a stove incl. Oven, a refrigerator with integrated 3 star freezer and is equipped with a dishwasher. It is a 80m² apartment with terrace. A coin-operated washing machine and coin-operated dryer can be used. A children's cot and a highchair are available. The apartment is suitable especially for guests with handicap / wheelchair. In the house there are two other apartments. A DSL connection or Wireless internet is available. Near the house there is a stop for the local bus stops several times a day there. The pedestrian area (the center) is in about 10 to 15 minutes walking distance. there are about 1500m-2000m from the beach. Pets can be brought by prior arrangement. Charges: - Electricity: once per object included in the price. - Final cleaning: once per object costs in the amount of 50 EUR (compulsory). - Pet: once per animal cost of 15 EUR (optional). - Internet: per object and day included in the price. - Parking: per object and day included in the price. - City tax / tourist tax: per person and day costs of 1. 8 EUR (optional). - Towels: bring per person per week from the tenant (compulsory). - Bed linen: included in the price per person per week (compulsory). Gut geschnittene großzügige Wohnung mit Gartenterrasse. Großes Badezimmer, gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile, Fahrradabstellplatz im Gartenhaus. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. - Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir, das sind 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder im Alter von 11 - 13, waren zum ersten Mal in Heiligenhafen. Wir fühlten uns von Beginn an sehr wohl in der sehr geräumigen und großzügigen Ferienwohnung. Alles war genauso wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Anreise sowie Abreise haben super geklappt. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Herd, Backofen und Kühl-Gefrierkombination. Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck und Töpfe waren in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Selbst Münz-Waschmaschine und Münztrockner und sogar Bügeltisch und Bügeleisen waren vor Ort. W-Lan war auch vorhanden. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Hafen sind in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal in Heiligenhafen und in dieser Wohnung! Ort und Wohnung sind einfach sehr empfehlenswert! Es war ein richtig gelungener Urlaub von Anfang bis Ende!
