"The location is closed to the main cable car station, just 3 mins walk. Very clean and comfortable. The design of the shower room is not very good, I have to put my clothes and towel outside the shower room otherwise all will get wet. I suggest the shower room should install a space for towel. The ski locker area is convenient but there is little bit dark and also the ski room is not as good as the signinahotel’s ski room. The price is little bit expensive because there no service and facility...

"We picked this hotel as we were driving through the Alps returning to Munich from Zermatt. It was a one night stay and unfortunately we did not know that the day of our check out was the day they close for a break before the winter season. We paid for breakfast, but as it was the last morning they would be open, the offerings were slim. We made due with what their was, but an option for an egg would have been nice. "Absolute fantastic for families with young kids (up to 10). You get spacious apartment with great mattress, with well equipped kitchen, with dish soap, salt/pepper, dishwasher and its detergent. Ours was also wheelchair friendly which made it especially convenient with a stroller (and a baby). There was just one catch in our experience: room service wasn't available over the weekend. We spent 4 nights and we realized it on Friday night (weekend spent in a bit messy room). It wasn't mentioned...

"Considering that this is a budget hotel, Silvia, Marek and the entire team provided us with a maximum of attention and helped with nearly everything: extra breakfast wishes, flexible sauna hours, extra towels, adapter for the power outlets, activity and dinner planning, all was no problem and they made us feel welcome. A big plus was also, that we could walk to the ski slopes in less than 5 minutes - no need of bus or car. "
