"As a first hostel experience, this was the place to do it. The property was very clean, everyone was very respectful of people sleeping off jetlag, and the bathrooms and showers are easily accessible to people on your floor. "This hostel met all of our needs. It is right on the edge of then Red Light District, so quiet a lot of people around, tough to drive to because of the very narrow streets & masses of people. They had a valet service to park our car, but was $45/day. Lots to do and see from this location within 30 min of walking. No elevator in the building, so be prepared to lug your bags up several of flights of stairs. "

"This property was very run down. The toilet and shower were very sketchy. The ceiling leaked in the rain. There were no towels or toiletries. However the beds comfy and we were able to store our bikes inside. Location was excellent for riding into the city central. "

"The place is very clean and there’s always a staff member available. However, because there’s a nightclub behind the building, and it’s open 6 days a week, it’s very loud between 8pm and 3-4am. BRING EARPLUGS!! There’s also a pool hall above. The showers don’t have temperature control and they turn off every 20 seconds or so so you have to keep touching the sensor.
