The hotel is set between a motorway and a petrol station which did not seem like a great location, however the hotel has its own grounds with a nice pond with some benches and was actually very relaxing outside area. The bar and restaurant also have open frontages with balconies and it was a very nice setting. The hotel is an older build which seemed to be undergoing a refresh when I visited. It was spacious and comfortable and generally everything seemed to work and be in good condition. The hotel room was great. I had a door out onto the pond and garden area I mentioned. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. A note for business travellers, there wasn't a good desk to work at, although there was good wifi available free. There is a kettle in the room and some basic facilities. Everything was clean. I ate breakfast in the hotel, it was basic and very acceptable. This was a buffet type and self service. I ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was nice, the prices for food and drink were very reasonable, the service was friendly if a little inattentive. Generally I found the hotel very quiet, which is good and restful, but it was quiet with staff also. Front desk was closed quite early, and the bars and everything else seemed to shut early also which is a shame when there is nothing else near by to use as an option.

Hotel was prima, kamers groot met alles er op en eraan !! ondanks de corona-maatregelingen goede take-away, wat zeer prettig was. Enige minpuntje was de conversatie aan de balie, er werd engels gesproken en geen nederlands, wat in ons geval toch enigszins ongemakkelijk was

We hadden een prima kamer. Hoewel je uitkijkt op de snelweg hebben we geen last van het lawaai gehad. De bedden sliepen heerlijk, geen kuilen enzo . Keurige badkamer. Het personeel was alles vriendelijkst, we moesten steeds naar het ziekenhuis, dat op 7 minuten lopen is, ideaal. Lekker gegeten en fantastisch ontbijt! Echt waar voor je geld. Leuke zalen om te huren voor vergadering of feest. Heel huiselijk en knusse plekjes bij de mooie open haard. Ik zeg tot ziens!

Zeer betrokken, aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Een behoorlijk minpunt, vanochtend vanaf 9.30 uur hadden wij totaal geen water op de kamer. Daardoor niet kunnen douchen, toilet ging niet meer. Dit was niet op voorhand gecommuniceerd, dat is wel echt heel erg vervelend.

Gelukkig is men aan het verbouwen, zo’n jaren 70 kamer kan tock niet meer. Ontbijt was een goede poging, maar de gekookte eieren waren letterlijk halfrauw. Jammer hoor.
