"More dated than pictures posted, limited kitchen facilities, poor air conditioning, pretty courtyard, very nice staff."

"Best Western has always been my home away from home in Hawaii. Staff are so professional, rooms are clean and up to par! Our family loves staying at the Best Western Plaza location! Superb!!!"

"The staff were excellent in making us fell welcome. Told us in detail what the hotel had to offer and directions to get there."

"Kapolei is nice. Close to H1. Hotel is clean. Rooms are so spacious. The hotel staff are friendly and attentive to the guests."

"Excellent staff!"

"Clean room great air conditioning and great location"

"The hotel sat on the beach which made it easy for me and my family to enjoy."

"This hotel is convenient and inexpensive but shabby. Our room had some kind of crusty substance on the carpet, the upholstered chair was worn through and the room facing Ala Moana Blvd was very noisy. In the lobby there was a towel on the floor to collect drips from above."

"Good location and nice hotel. Pool is a bit small and wasn’t heated for our visit but since it’s close to the ocean, we mostly went to the beach"

"Comfortable feeling there. Was hoping for better ease of access to parking, but it was 3 blocks away. Other than that the room was nice, got cleaned daily. Staff was very nice."
