"Very fast check in. One of the few properties left that still has cleaning service post Covid, which was great. Right across the street from Costco, convenient to hiking trails, day trips to Antietam, Harper’s ferry, front royal, Shenandoah national park. Only things that could have been better - AC unit didn’t get quite as cold as we would have liked and the hallway smelled like minty pot sometimes. No smoking should also include no pot smoking. But otherwise, great place and good value....

"The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Quiet location. We were there on business (in Berkeley Springs WV) and the drive is a convenient 15 minutes. The breakfast is minimal. We will definitely return next year."

"This is an amazing property for an affordable price with everything you need for a short stay. The property is clean, well kept, updated, stylish, and comfortable. The host is incredibly accommodating and provided most necessities you would need if you happened to forget to pack one. I will be staying at this property for any return trips to Martinsburg, WV from now on. "

"Beautiful property, quiet, and very spacious. This property had everything we were looking for in a getaway. My family enjoyed our time together here. We did have a power outage and I let Tony know as soon as the power went out. He was quick to respond and even gave updates. Loved the communication from Tony throughout our whole experience. Definitely would stay here again and at another one of his properties."
