"Top tier hotel with excellent service and so welcoming! We were welcomed by Alexandria Dar with pleasant smile and great attitude. She explained about the hotel and its amenities, services, the Atami area and made us feel at home. We loved the accommodations with the Onsen in room, awesome breakfast daily, great bar lounge, restaurants with an array of world foods and wonderful staff that made us feel so at home. We appreciated Mr. Toyo Ho who arranged and accompanied my wife and I to the Atami Hosptial(He paid the taxi fare and did not want to take our money) and assisted my wife to get medical help, filled out forms and stayed with us as the 2 physician took care of her. We will never forget the care he provided. Domo Arigato Mr Ho! You are so wonderful!!! We totally enjoyed our stay at the Pearl Star Hotel and will definitely be back. "For being a fairly old hotel, it was located right, and managed well. The rates were also good."

"The property is located at the north exit of Mishima station, most of the restaurants are at the south exit area. It's a long walk from north exit to south exit unless you pay 150¥ to enter the station. Lucky the hotel provides free shuttle bus.👍👍"

"Very spacious for a room of 2. Nice view from living room and bathroom. Onsan is a big bathroom which i expect it’s a natural hot spring. Buffet is great as breakfast. It will be great if can offer free tableware as there’s a kitchen inside the room . I asked the staff to give me a plate to reheat food but extra charges are required. "
